La Magnanerie is a private villa, it is located in Provence in a pleasant and typical Provencal setting.

 Located in the Luberon Natural Park, 800 m from the center of the village of Ansouis, «one of the most beautiful villages in France», the villa with a surface of 160 sqm is composed of 3 spacious bedrooms. You will find nature, space, comfort, a garden of 2200 m², a secure private pool of 5 m x 10 m, a petanque track.

 VYou will appreciate the complete equipment, comfort, international satellite TV, fiber internet connection - Wifi.  

 The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.

It enjoys a preserved environment and enjoys the exceptional climate of the South Luberon.

It is surrounded by picturesque villages and rich fauna and flora: In 1997 UNESCO awarded the Luberon Regional Natural Park the label Biosphere Reserve.

This area is conducive to many rewarding hikes, some of which can be done from the property.

The property is fenced and has a motorized entrance gate opening by remote control.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a large living room - dining room with ceiling with wooden beams and toilet. The large kitchen is well equipped. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room give access to a large terrace at the back of the villa and gives access to the garden and pool.

 The first floor consists of a large landing, a toilet, a bathroom with two sinks, three bedrooms, one with a bed 160, another with a bed 140 and a third with two beds 90 cm.
